Garden

The early (and not so early) garden stuff is in:  potatoes, peas, greens, cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, brussel sprouts, edamame, chia, quinoa, amaranth, peppers, onions, carrots, asparagus, beets, turnips, leeks, lettuce, spinach, chard, kale, parsley, okra, melons, zucchini, summer squash, lemon balm, horseradish, comfrey, strawberries, etc.  I'm so excited.  It was amazing this year to have things coming up that we planted last year:  carrots, onions, cilantro, herbs, kale, chard, lettuce, rhubarb, strawberries, upland cress, etc.  These have saved us money already!  And they are fresh and delicious!  Every year I learn a new little (or big) trick that making gardening that much more productive, that extends the season that much more.  I'm so grateful Heavenly Father has blessed us with land, sunshine, water, and the chance to grow things like He does!
