Great, Normal Day

Today I gave Benjamin a haircut, the big kids went to the temple, the little girls went visiting teaching with me, we played at the park, took naps, discussed conspiracy theories with Jessica, watched Duggars after moonbeams, weeded rhubarb with Jaremy in the twilight, and just had a great day.   Heavenly Father has really blessed me with a wonderful, wonderful life! I want to share His love and gospel with others.

Freedom

Freedom and the family are under attack. I'm grateful we the Lord will bless the righteous. I pray we can be worthy of His help in combating evil, those who would destroy religion, family, and freedom.

Constant Need to Repent

I have a constant need to repent and improve. I'm grateful I can keep trying and seek after the Savior's help.

Forgiving Family

It seems everyday at some point or another I lose my temper or act annoyed. I have to quickly repent and my family is so sweet to quickly forgive.  Forgiveness its one of those Christlike qualities that hold a family together.

It seems the days melt together. School and housekeeping and meals seem to blend together to make pleasant hours. I love this simple life!  Often I wonder if we are getting enough done to give the kids the education and experiences they need to fulfill their life's missions. But we are doing our best so why not just look at what we are learning and accomplishing instead of all we have yet to do.

Old Deseret Village

We had a lovely day with our children at Old Deseret Village. The kids loved the animals, pioneer homes, cultivating a garden, making crafts, watching a blacksmith, riding trains, walking in the rain, and laughing together. I told Jessica, "Life would be so boring and less fulfilling without dear children to share it with!" Heavenly Father has blessed us with bits of heaven! Good night!

A Child's Faith

Little Tank is so full of faith. He speaks of God all the time. Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ are constantly on his mind. He inspires me to always remember Them as well. All my children have such strong faith! I am grateful for their example.
